When in Roams + YouTube = ?

Hello travel pals.

It's been a little while. Hope you've been well and life has been good.

For the past many months, When in Roams has been searching for identity. We want to showcase the stories and photos of travel people all around the world. We will continue to do so in various ways. We have a nice bundle of riveting pieces in the pipeline and a steady feed of snapshots featured on Instagram and a lot of people reaching out and wanting to get in on the action. So things are good and there is a lot to check out.

Lately we've been brainstorming a new direction. It was part of the original plan actually. But for a long while we couldn't quite get there. Didn't know if it was possible. But now we are focusing in on it. And it will become a reality in due time. Just wanted to give you all a heads up.

That direction is in the form of video content.

We are going to launch a YouTube channel, revolving around travel, events, and cool places. YouTube is a great place to steer towards because it's not just a video website anymore. It's an entire interactive user platform and the potential to connect is exponential. We recognize that video content is a lot of fun to watch. And it provides great information and entertainment value.

So that's the vision. It won't be easy. But nothing good ever comes easy.

We want to hear your feedback. What you want to see. What the other travel content on YouTube is lacking. Our vision is to show the fun. Not be a guidebook. Just show the fun stuff.
